Services

I offer individual telehealth counseling services, on a HIPPA compliant platform. My fee is $110 per 55 min session. To schedule an appointment please call me at (425) 276-1538 or email me at kres@definingmomentscs.com . 

I am not accepting insurance at this time. I am happy to provide you with a monthly superbill or receipt of service that you can submit to your insurance company to try and get reimbursement. Please check with your insurance prior to receiving services to get additional information on your specific benefits, reimbursement cannot be guaranteed. 

* I am currently offering telehealth only, therefore all payments must be made by credit card. 

All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to services. Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full fee, with exceptions made at my discretion. Cancellations can be made by email or phone.
